As a mother of two young adults and married for nearly 22 years, I've dedicated over 20 years to teaching STEM and adapting education for individuals with sensory disabilities.
Canadian and French, I have experiences in Canada, United States (Silicon Valley), France, Switzerland, and Native Canadian communities + remote collaborations with United Kingdom.
Specialist in genetics for microbiology and G.R.AI.N. (genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology), I work at the interface between biology and the artificial intelligence that will drive the robots of the future. Holder of two "Fellow" titles in Biology & Anthropology, my background is marked by training in cloning techniques, gene transfer, cell & microbiological lineages, and CRISPR-Cas9. In 2024 and 2025, I will continue my journey with professional internships in paleobotany/paleogenetics of archaeological remains (laboratory archeology), primatology, human bioarcheology and human evolutionary genetics with renowned researchers and laboratories in France.
I have a passion for the archaeology of ancient books (codicology), which enriches my understanding of the transmission of knowledge through the ages, from the first codices/illuminations to the creation of data lakes/rag and transfer of information on DNA. I also studied scientific Latin and scientific Braille (American & French) in this sense, and set up a private library of rare books dedicated to science.
A naturalist and lover of mountains and underground worlds, I was able to travel - in backpack - from the Grand Canyon to the salt mines of Wieliczka, crossing the Alps and several years of life in the Pyrenees. My dream: lava and ice tunnels in Iceland!
I never stopped my studies in twenty years...
FYI: English is not my native language, and I sometimes use artificial intelligence to write my articles in that language, but all experiences, photographs and illustrations are my own :-)
